To 'live a better life' there are a thousand possible ways. French Psychologies Magazine presented 10 strong ideas in its October issue which I would like to share with you, one a day. Please feel free to comment.

Idea 9 - Sexuality is invented outside of the norms

Starting from the person one is and the person one has met, far away from the norms of obligatory 'enjoyment', sexuality is a terrain for self expression, open to the 'ressenti*' and respect of the other.
