Very cool, thanks for sharing this MiMi. Going one step further...I've also seen an interview with Daniel Amen and he talked about how bad thoughts actually have a permanent effect on the brain.
Yesterday I spent the day on a boat fishing with my husband in the sunshine. It's good to know that happiness will continue on today and tomorrow too.

@ Tim: Thanks for the tip - will check it out. I'm all for positive thoughts. As Christine Kane (dot com) points out energy flows where attention goes. So if your thoughts are on the negative, that's where your energy is going. If you focus on the positive, that's where you'll get energized.
@Stacey: It's the simple things really, isn't it? Fishing in the sunshine sounds like bliss. Glad you enjoyed it.
